Our Services
-
During the process of Historic Restoration, we carefully disassemble, clean, and reglaze your historic glass lamps, panels, or windows. We can install custom covers for exterior preservation for another century.
-
Once a budget is established, we will discuss aesthetic and/or protection goals, color preferences, installation details, and timeline. Whether you know exactly what you want or you’re not really sure, we’re here to help.
-
Art glass lamps, panels and windows are made up of glass, came, solder, glazing, and rebar. Over time, any of these materials may need to be repaired or replaced to ensure structural integrity. Broken art glass or crystal pieces can be mended with a proprietary process that will last a lifetime.
Meet Alex Brannin, Owner of Spokane Stained Glass
Raised in his father's Norfolk, Virginia, stained glass shop, Alex’s connection to the art form runs deep. Glass is not just his profession; it’s his way of life, shaped by a lifetime of experience and a legacy passed down through generations. His extensive portfolio includes projects for the U.S. government, historic churches, and renowned landmarks such as the Otis Hotel and the Kalispel Tribe.
Alex’s expertise is grounded in a unique upbringing. His mother worked at the Chrysler Museum, where he spent much of his childhood immersed in the world of fine art. In high school, Alex was accepted into the prestigious Governor’s School for the Arts but decided to leave formal studies early to pursue stained glass full-time.
Verified to work on historic register properties, Alex’s work has been featured in The Spokesman Review, The Inlander, KSPS, and Tidewater Magazine. A stint at Pilchuck introduced him to the art of glassblowing, further expanding his deep understanding of stained glass and its history. Today, Alex brings unparalleled expertise, artistry, and dedication to every project, whether restoring centuries-old windows or crafting bespoke pieces for modern spaces.
